Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a display name. Anonymous users are assigned a random identifier — no personal details are required.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized analytics such as which signal categories you view, session duration, and feature interaction counts. Individual trade decisions are never tracked.

Device Tokens

To deliver push notifications, we store your Firebase Cloud Messaging token. You can disable notifications at any time in Account Settings.

Purchase Records

Subscription and in-app purchase receipts are stored to verify your premium status. Payment card details are processed by Google Play / Apple App Store and never reach our servers.

Service Delivery

Your data is used to provide crypto signal alerts, verify premium access, and personalise your in-app experience.

Product Improvement

Aggregated, anonymised usage data helps us understand which signals are most useful so we can improve signal quality and app performance.

Communications

We may send you important service announcements (e.g. policy changes, downtime). We never send unsolicited marketing emails.

No Third-Party Sale

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Service Providers

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and may not use it independently.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.

Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@klusterlabs.net.

Security Measures

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Firebase Security Rules enforce strict access control so users can only read their own records.

Retention Period

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Anonymised analytics are retained for up to 24 months.
